Both teams mode: run your club's men's and women's sides
Why pick one? In both teams mode you manage your club’s men’s and women’s sides in the same career. The game you chose runs in full; your club’s other team plays in a lighter version of its own league, with results, tables, promotion and relegation. The budget, fans, board and facilities are shared, so every call counts twice.
- Men's + women's teams
- One shared budget
- Budget split 10–40%
- Hand one side to your assistant
How to start
- On the start screen tap Choose your own club, name and mode.
- Pick Manager mode, then Men's game or Women's game.
- Tap Men's + women's teams (it reads Women's + men's teams in the women’s game).
- Set up your manager, choose a start where you take a club, pick the club and tap Start career.
- In your career, open the other side’s screen from the Office card (Open) or the Menu.
What you control
- Who runs it: Hold both jobs, or focus on one team and let your assistant pick the other XI.
- The Budget split: 10%, 20%, 30% or 40% of the club budget for the other team’s signings.
- The other team’s XI, or Pick best XI.
- Signing free agents and releasing players (squad of 16 to 26).
- Both sides share wages, gates, prize money, fans, board and the training ground and academy.
A typical week
Your main team plays as normal, in full. On the same weekends the other side’s league plays its round as a quick sim, and you see the table, last results and next opponent. At season’s end there are titles, promotion and relegation and prize money; in summer players develop, contracts run out and academy graduates join.
How you win and progress
- The board judges both seasons against targets. Focus on your main team and the other side’s results count half.
- Promotion and the title for the other team bring prize money and a few more fans.
- Build both squads from one budget without starving either.
- Take a new club job and its other side comes with you.
Tips
- Start with a 20% split and move it once you know what each squad needs.
- Busy week? Focus on one team and your assistant picks the other XI before every match.
- Upgrading the training ground or academy helps both teams at once.
- In the women’s game, out-of-contract players move without a transfer fee, so watch for free signings.

Questions and answers
Can I manage men's and women's football at the same club?
Yes. Choose Men's + women's teams when you set up a new manager career. You run both sides of the club you take.
Is the other team fully simulated?
Your club’s other team has full player records. The rest of its league runs as a light summary with quick results, tables and promotion and relegation.
Can I switch it on in an old save?
No. It is chosen at the start of a new game, and older saves are not changed.
